I have been to this shop multiple times, and Trina is a nice and excellent stylist, however this shop, their policies, and coprorate support DO NOT respect the customers time. The online checkin in is a JOKE, the estimated times useless. Checkin in online means nothing until you walk in and recheck in basically. The stylist can and will seat another client minutes before your estimated time, forcing you to wait an extended time on top of the wait that was already estimated and tracked on the app. Is it so hard for a Men's haircut place in this day and age to actually take an appt? Online checkin is a joke Sports clips should move to an appt. system.

My first time visiting.i was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff as well as the skill.im a female and they were more thourough than my previous salon i went too.laura is great.
