I went in to have my beard trimmed and shaped up. The stylus charged me double for this service. She was not very friendly.

I have been coming to this store for years, every time I have come has been wonderful as far as the haircuts and professionalism. The past couple of weeks has been difficult because the store started closing at 6pm instead of 8pm because of everything that’s been going on in the world and I normally work until 6:30 so it makes it hard to get here before closing. This morning on 07/01/2020 I called and told them I was gonna get off work early that way I could make it in time to get a haircut for a VERY important meeting tomorrow and the lady on the phone assured me as long as I was in the store before 6pm they would take care of me. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I walked in at 5:54 and the young girl in the back turned and looked at me and said “ummm we’re closed for the day already”. I am a manager of a company and if we are open until 6pm then we are OPEN until 6pm and we don’t turn away paying customers...... This is a joke in professionalism and this one occurrence has costed sport clips not only my businesses but my family’s as well.
